This page describes what this website collects, why it is collected, who else can see it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
The site is operated by Advanced Medical Models, LLC. Questions about anything here can go to naomi@drnaomiparrella.com.
Your name, your email address, and your message. If you are answering a specific form, the answers you give are stored with it. Messages are forwarded to Naomi by email and kept so that nothing is lost between the website and the inbox.
Please do not send personal health information through this form. It is a business contact form, it is not a patient portal, and it is not a way to reach a clinician about care.
Your email address, which is passed to MailerLite. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your email address, your practice name if you give one, the three scores you set, the resulting profile, and which follow-up topics you said you were interested in. These describe a business, not a person's health. They are used to send you your result, to send the follow-up sequence you opted into, and to understand patterns across everyone who has taken it.
Your name and email address, a record of what you bought and when, which version of the licence terms you accepted, and what you are entitled to open. Certificates, where they apply, record the edition of the material you completed.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored in its database.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Three functional cookies exist, and each does one job:
The services below are used to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Beyond these, your information is disclosed only if the law requires it.
The admin area is restricted to a named list of email addresses and is gated before any request reaches the site. Sign-in links and session identifiers are stored only as one-way hashes, so a copy of the database would not let anyone sign in as you. Sign-in links are valid once and expire after twenty minutes. Payment confirmations are cryptographically verified before any access is granted.
No system is perfect, and describing one as unbreakable would not be true. If something goes wrong that affects your information, you will be told.
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email naomi@drnaomiparrella.com and say which you want. Requests are answered within thirty days, and there is no charge.
Deleting your information may end access to anything you have bought, because access is tied to your record. That will be made clear before anything is removed.
This site is intended for clinicians, practice leaders, and other adults. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
When the substance changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already given their information will be sent by email rather than left here to be discovered.
